Dry Off and Cure Oven For Sale
Quality Finishing Systems is pleased to announce the shipment of a new dry-off oven and powder cure oven to a mid-west manufacturer in the residential/commercial construction industry. Quality Finishing Systems was able to integrate the customers’ existing washer to complete their system. The powder coat system will be used for finishing aluminum window trim. The equipment consists of a existing five-stage washer, dry-off oven, and a powder cure oven.
The 1-pass dry-off oven has a maximum operating temperature of 300 degrees. The oven dimensions are 6’0” wide x 49’0” long x 11’7” tall, utilizing a single burner box design.
The 1-pass cure oven has a maximum temperature of 500 degrees. The oven dimensions are 6’0” wide x 146’ long x 11’7” tall, utilizing a dual burner box design.
Quality Finishing was responsible for the removal and the relocation of the 5-stage washer into our customers new addition of their building.
In addition to the design and manufacturing of these two ovens, Quality Finishing provided the complete installation and startup as well. The ovens were tested, and training was provided to our customer.
