- 7-gauge 304L 2B stainless steel tanks, tunnel, and drain decks, all with weld passivation
- Sloped tank floors and drain decks for cleanliness and easier drainage
- 14-gauge stainless steel tank access lids with “vapor sealing” design
- Electronic water level controls for each stage
- Water fill manifolds and controls
- Dual stainless steel pump screens with sludge dams for each stage
- Overflow and drain pipe with valve on each tank
- Powered modulating immersion tube burners with filtered combustion air
- Serpentine burner tubes are 304L stainless steel schedule 40 first pass, the remainder of the tube is schedule 10 and include weld passivation
- Factory assembled gas manifolds built to NFPA design, with FM components
- Valve proof of closure switch and burner low fire start switch
- Galvanized steel burner tube exhaust stacks
- Personnel guards around burner stacks up to approximately 9’ from the floor
- Pressure gauges on all pump discharge headers
