Overhead Conveyors, Manual

Quality Finishing Systems offers a variety of manual overhead conveyor systems that are ideal for batch coating applications with low production rates. We partner with many of the conveyor suppliers based here in the US. A manual overhead conveying system will permit you to move your part, rack, or assembly from your wash booth to the dry-off batch oven to your powder coating booth to your batch cure oven. Because your trolleys are not attached to a common chain, you have the flexibility of moving the product from one station to another based on the required dwell time or your production schedule.

Enclosed track manual systems offer hand pushed trolleys rated for a capacity of 250 lbs. each. I-beam manual systems offer trolley capacities of 500 lbs and 2,000 lbs., depending on rail size.

Another significant benefit of a manual conveyor system is the ability to incorporate hand pushed (manual or automatic) switches (left hand, right hand or Y-switches) that enable you to change the direction of travel of your parts, making more efficient use of your floor space. In addition, when used in conjunction with a Quality Finishing Systems Batch Oven with the option of multiple key slots in the loading door header, you can utilize multiple conveyor runs into the oven, thereby increasing your drying or curing capacity.
