Insulated Oven Panels

Quality Finishing Systems has been making their own insulated oven panels for over two decades.  Ideal for oven applications, our standard line of oven panels features self-supporting tongue and groove construction for ease of installation.

Other standard features include:

• 20 ga aluminized steel interior and exterior skins (unpainted)
• 4# density mineral wool insulation
• Galvanized steel perimeter rails that are slotted to help minimize heat transfer
• Standard panel thicknesses are: 2”, 3”, 4”, 5” and 6”
• Standard panel lengths up to 20 feet
• Standard panel width of 27 7/8 inches
• All insulated panels are banded and skidded for ease of shipping and handling

Options available:

• Custom panel widths and lengths
• 18 ga or 16 ga aluminized steel skins
• 18 ga 304L stainless steel skins
• 6# and 8# density mineral wool
• 8-inch thickness
• Aluminized steel trim accessories (see below)
• Cutouts, profile openings, and key slots
• Access doors, complete with jamb, hinges, gaskets, and explosion relief latches
• Fiberglass rolls or mineral wool sections for insulating joints and corners
