Systems

Complete finishing systems are designed around your specific process needs and are optimized to fit within your space requirements. We specialize in producing paint systems for wet and powder coatings, while also providing comprehensive design, fabrication, installation, start-up, and training services. Our complete finishing systems consist of an overhead conveyor, pretreatment washer, dry-off oven, paint/powder booths, cure oven, and controls. With a combined 200 years of industrial systems experience, our trained technicians are committed to using the highest quality components—so your team can ensure a safe and smooth operation.

Standard & Custom Ovens

Quality Finishing Systems expanded in 2016 by acquiring Batch Systems Innovations. We now design and manufacture conveyorized and batch ovens to fit your needs—and your budget. Offering over 30 standard batch oven sizes, along with custom configurations, we can ensure versatility and precision. All ovens have standard operating temperatures ranging up to 500˚F and come complete with a NEMA 12 UL listed electrical control panel, burner box, NFPA gas manifold, ductwork, and powered exhaust fan. Our ovens are energy efficient, provide enhanced quality and exceptional results.

Pre-Treatment Washers

A successful finishing process requires thorough washing or pre-treatment of parts. At Quality Finishing Systems, we build and design pre-treatment washers for various applications such as cleaning, degreasing, contaminant removal, corrosion prevention, and surface preparation. By working with your chemical supplier, we drastically improve equipment performance and maximize the life of your washer—all to better serve your individual application.

Oven Panels & Components

Beyond complete finishing systems, standard/custom ovens, and pretreatment washers, Quality Finishing Systems also supplies oven panels, trim, and components. We manufacture panels up to 20 feet long, each designed with tongue and groove construction for added strength and ease of installation. While custom panels are available, our standard panels are made from 20 gauge aluminized steel, with galvanized steel headers and rails that vastly minimize heat transfer. Standard panels contain 4# density mineral wool insulation and range from 2”-6” thick.  To complete your insulated enclosure, be sure to select one of our aluminized trim sections or insulated access doors. In addition to industrial ovens, panels can also be used for various booths and enclosures. All panels are skidded and banded for ease of loading and unloading.
